Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused, unworn and in original condition.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.


Damage Issues

If the item arrives damaged:
Email us at outspacey@gmail.com with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. Approved cases will receive a refund or replacement.

If the damage occurs after delivery:
We cannot accept returns for damage caused after delivery.


Size Issues

Wrong size delivered:
We will replace or refund the product.

Correct size delivered but does not fit:
We cannot accept returns or refunds when the correct size was delivered. Review our size guide carefully before purchasing and reach out if you need help choosing.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items


How to Start a Return

Email outspacey@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, you will receive a return label and instructions.

Items returned without approval will be rejected.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you do not receive the refund after 15 business days from approval, contact us at outspacey@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit when shipped without the return label we provide.
